To unsubscribe:

Select “Unsubscribed” from the drop down list in the Status field below, then Save.

To re-subscribe:

Select “Subscribed” from the drop down list in the Status field below, then Save.

To change your e-mail address:

First unsubscribe - select “Unsubscribed” from the drop down list in the Status field below, then Save.
Then sign up again with your new address here.
